Vogue Festival 2016

Love fashion, the catwalk and the scrum of Fashion week? Then gear up for The Vogue Festival which kicks off today.

The event, now in its fifth year, will take place over this weekend and will form part of the title's centenary celebrations.

Alexandra Shulman, Editor-in-Chief of British Vogue, said: "This is an exceptional year for British Vogueand we are planning a wonderful festival to celebrate our 100 years.

"Harrods is helping us to create a two-day event unlike any other, allowing the general public access to the talents and expertise of the world of Vogue.”

This year the festival is based near the East Albert Lawn in Kensington Gardens, and at the Royal Geographic Society opposite.

Helen David, Fashion Director at Harrods remarked: “The Vogue Festival has become one of the most eagerly-anticipated weekends on our fashion calendar and, this year, Harrods is delighted to be partnering with Vogue for the third year running."

The Vogue Festival means attendees can grab the chance to see and hear from famous international designers, photographers, models, make up artists, and writers in the industry.

Previous speakers at the two-day extravaganza have included Victoria Beckham, Tom Ford, John Galliano, Mario Testino, Kate Upton and Donatella Versace.
